I had a wonderful time at Holiday Club hotel in a beautiful location. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a wide variety of options. The hotel had a great layout with cozy sofa areas and a lovely swimming pool. The staff at reception were very helpful and provided information about hotel activities. The bus stop right outside the hotel made it easy to explore the area. I highly recommend this hotel.

It's a large complex with hotel rooms and holiday villas, still being under construction. Our room was well equipped, with temperature about 30 degrees and well ventilated. We loved the spa area with sauna, pool and it's a good reason to come back here again. Breakfast was good.

Due to the size of the hotel territory, the breakfast restaurant is difficult to find and difficult to reach.

Dreamlike and very quiet location at the lake. Very nice facility. The rooms are very modern. You can use the leisure pool inside the hotel for an extra charge. Fatbikes can be rented and ridden in a beautiful environment. Very cool. Breakfast is very good. Recommended :-)

The location outside the city center provided a peaceful and serene atmosphere, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The room amenities were top-notch, with ironing facilities, heating, and a lovely terrace to enjoy the surrounding views. Plus, the free Wi-Fi in the rooms was a great bonus for staying connected. The staff were attentive and friendly, always ready to assist with any needs or questions I had.

Staff is very friendly. The price/performance ratio was right for us.

The location is great, also the swimming pool and the surroundings are great, the breakfast buffer was just great.

Our room was on the 3rd floor, right next to the ventilation on the roof. It was a little loud all night. In the room it was very warm, because of the noise of the ventilation it was not possible to sleep with the window open.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Best aspects were the cleanliness, hotel facilities, location near the nature, and friendly staff. The room was cozy and clean, and we loved the free rental of sledges for kids. The breakfast was delicious with a variety of options, and the Santa visit in the Christmas period was a great touch. We also enjoyed the great saunas, arcade games, and nice grounds.

Perfectly maintained cross-country skiing facilities, lavish buffet breakfast, friendly staff. The pool, sauna and steam sauna were very good.

The hotel is quite a desolate place, so the lunch and dinner options are scarce.

The room was newly renovated and equipped with a beautiful bathroom.

No information about the facilities of the hotel! Information e.g. about the sea sauna was only available on request at the reception! No info folder in the room! Breakfast kept very simple and designed for the masses!

Although there were a few positive aspects about the hotel, I can say that only the location and the outdoor activities were quite good. The hotel is surrounded by a beautiful forest, and there are many outdoor activities available, such as cross-country skiing. , the breakfast was satisfactory, with several options of bread and cereals.

First of all, the staff was not very friendly or helpful. our room was quite noisy due to the thin walls, so we could hear every single detail about what our neighbors were doing.

The hotel is close to beautiful nature, the airport and the city as well as possibilty to do crosscountry skiing from the hotel

The level of english of the staff is not very good, so be patient, the rooms are adequate.

Breakfast

It would be unfair of me to complain about a hot room! The temperature outside (near the Arctic Circle!) was 32 centigrade - I think I can find it in me to forgive the lack of air conditioning.

The hotel's location amidst nature and near a beautiful lake makes for a peaceful stay. Buses to the nearby ski resort of Ruka run several times a day and Kuusamo city center is also easily accessible. the room and bathroom were spacious, clean, and well-equipped with a drying cupboard. Staff were friendly and breakfast was good, with lovely views of the frozen lake. the spa facilities, including a pool with a waterslide and jacuzzi, were fantastic and perfect for relaxation.

The restaurant prices were slightly high with limited alternatives around.
